Gastrointesti Luxstahl 819-4 is designed for cooking various dishes, pastries bakery and confectionery products in Combi ovens and convection ovens, used as a container for the dough in proofing cabinets, demonstrations and short-term storage of dishes on the lines of the hand, deep freezing, cooling and subsequent storage of products and semi-finished ice cream in a variety of refrigeration equipment, as well as for transportation of products.

The product is made of stainless steel AISI 202 with a thickness of 0.8 mm.
